1.1      Suggested Software

1.1.1          Adobe Illustrator CS or later

1.1.2          Adobe Photoshop

1.2      File structure

1.2.1          All fonts must be OUTLINED

1.2.2          All placed images must be EMBEDDED or supplied

1.2.3          Cut path should be created in a separate layer

1.2.4          Special match colors must be identified with PMS number or color chip must be supplied

1.3      File Format – save file as .ai or .pdf

2.0      Artwork Transport

2.1      Send Artwork to Vibrant via CD in mail

2.1.1          Include file on CD

2.1.2          Placed images on CD

2.1.3          Colored Paper output of part

2.1.4          Dimensioned print of part

2.1.5          Color chip if required

2.2      Send Artwork to Vibrant via FTP site

2.2.1          Site Address info:

2.2.2          Send e-mail to Vibrant to notify of submission

2.2.3          Attach copy of dimensioned print of part to e-mail

3.0      Artwork Approval

3.1      Vibrant will send a pdf of artwork with dimensions

3.2      Customer to review artwork and sign for approval

3.3      If changes are required, Vibrant will resubmit approval
